pklack's Terms and Conditions

1General Provisions

pklack operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the website and all services included within it. By accessing the pklack platform, registering, or using any service, you are bound to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Although these terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative document for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

pklack reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered as your agreement to the revised terms and conditions.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the pklack platform. At the time of registration you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We may request a valid identity document for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration you must:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Open only one account per person.
• Provide an active mobile number and email address registered in your name.
• Confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the responsible gaming policy.

2.3 One Account per User

It is strictly prohibited for one person to operate multiple accounts. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same identity, device, IP address or payment method will result in permanent cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses earned or winnings.

3Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your pklack account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, unless pklack has been notified of fraud in a timely manner.

If your account details are lost or you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. pklack will take the necessary steps to secure your account.

• Account access must not be transferred to or shared with third parties.
• Placing bets or playing games on behalf of others is not permitted.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Make sure to log out after signing in on a public device or network.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on the pklack platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Funds deposited into the account must be sent from a payment method registered in your own name.

The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the deposited funds will be returned and the account will be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be completed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. pklack reserves the right to hold withdrawals if a fraud investigation is required.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. A minimum wagering requirement of 10x must be met to use this bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, wagering requirements and maximum bet limit.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• If a withdrawal is attempted after receiving a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• pklack reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus programme at any time.

5.3 VIP Programme

pklack has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.5% and Gold up to 0.8%. Promotion to a higher tier is achieved through regular active play. The benefits and terms of each tier apply separately.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slot games and virtual games are available on the pklack platform. Each game category has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant page.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed.
• Winnings resulting from a technical error or software issue are not valid and will be cancelled.
• In live betting, if the internet connection is lost, the last confirmed bet will remain in effect.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a game, the game server log will be considered as the final evidence.
• The maximum bet limit is set by pklack and is subject to change.

In cricket, football and other sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the bet amount will be returned to the account. The same rule applies to all tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors.
• Bonus abuse or bonus fraud.
• Unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards platform staff or employees.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of a game.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by pklack

pklack may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Court order or legal obligation.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances, however all bonuses will be cancelled.

9Responsible Gaming

pklack treats responsible gaming as a top priority. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and not a solution to any financial problem. We strongly encourage users to set their own limits.

12Changes to Terms

pklack reserves the right to change, amend or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after the updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw any valid balance.
